Management Information Systems (MIS)
In 2002, RERC began developing a web-based computer system designed to help manage and support the commercial real estate properties, funds, and portfolios of several of our key clients. The goal was to bring together a diverse variety of data, reports, and research information into a single, user-friendly platform, thus providing managers, administrators, and analysts
with the high-level analytical research and management tools needed to maximize their capabilities and efficiency.
Today, RERC’s commercial real estate Management Information System (MIS) has evolved into a completely customizable and fully-integrated communication and management information system. The MIS also integrates external research with an organization’s internal research and documentation, and offers an intuitive user interface so that minimal training is required.
Finally, RERC’s commercial real estate MIS extends the data security of all elements included within the system at a level exceeding current industry standards.
Specifically, the system is equipped to provide:
