Founded in 1931, Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC) was one of the first corporations in America that dealt specifically with real estate research and analysis. Although RERC has expanded its capabilities to include a number of other services, research—in its purest form and as defined above—is the driving philosophy behind all that RERC is and does.

RERC’s ongoing relationships with many of the industry’s leading players provide RERC with unique insight into the major activities, events, and issues affecting commercial real estate. By conducting regular quarterly and specialty surveys among these players, RERC is able to offer the industry its independent view, which is so necessary in today’s investment world.

Today, more than 75 years after the firm began, research remains the predominant thread woven throughout all of RERC’s services, and we are proud to share that research with investors, funds, appraisers, and other professionals through our specialty or standardized research:
